Compas' Reprint service reduces the hassles and inefficiencies our clients would otherwise experience when ordering medical reprints. We have applied our proven leveraged volume buying philosophy and unique business model to establish a smooth, 10-step process that ensures speed, convenience and savings. The Optima Portal technology is another client service feature available only with Compas. Clients can log on to the Optima Portal from their own computers to check the live-time status of their reprints (and Ad Specialty premiums) orders, view the current inventory for existing orders, and request price quotes. Our process is completely transparent and convenient.
In addition, we've partnered with Healthcare Fulfillment Services (HFS), a full-service warehouse facility, to offer our clients complete coordination and fulfillment of Reprints, from start to finish!
You Save Time and Money
Our experienced Reprint coordinators handle all "back-office" functions involved in the production process. By assuming these functions, Compas creates soft cost savings in terms of client employee-hours saved, in addition to the incremental volume savings that Compas provides.
